The Society works to provide specialized cadres in the supply chains and procurement through the work of job Profiling suitable for jobs and the search for qualified candidates and the nomination of the most appropriate to the required
Job profiling: The society will create Job Profiles for each requested vacancy. The Job Profile will contain a brief about the vacancy, job responsibilities, required qualifications and skills needed.
Sourcing : The society will look the pool of candidates and will identify those who best matches the requirements of the second part
Filtering: The society will screen and filter the identified candidates as per the requirements.
Shortlisting : The society will shortlist 3 profiles for every vacancy. An assessment form and 2 references will be provided as per the second party’s request.
